As a warm, empathetic, and trauma-informed counsellor, my approach is grounded in Person-Centred therapy. This means I believe you are the expert on your own life, and together we’ll build a trusting, compassionate relationship that allows you to feel truly heard and understood.


My role is to walk alongside you, helping you make sense of what you’ve been through or what you’re still going through, so you can begin to feel more grounded, resilient, and empowered.
